## Emagine Theatres Reviews in United States

### **--- "Mismatches between website and app"
App overall seems to work fine but what makes it bad is that if you order tickets through their website the tickets do not show up in the app. Also there are times where the layout of the theater is different in the app then it is online.
-- Jboug44, 2024-12-29

### *---- "Can’t log in"
I have tried multiple times to login into my emagine rewards account within the app using credentials that work in a browser and it says ‘Invalid Credentials’ every time. What gives?
-- koonts51, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Terrible theater"
You have a stupid rule to check bags really. My brother was extremely excited to see moana 2 and you ruined it 🤬🤬😡 how could you do that to a child. You stupid brat checking peoples bags. We got a refund cause we couldn’t bring water in and some people can’t afford your expensive Candy you stupid. And you give such small water cups hate you we will never 👎 be coming back here hate you. I will only go to AMC now hate you so much. You ruined our experience here. And he wanted to bring his Moana cup in but we couldn’t bring it so we got a refund. Can’t believe you!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😤😤😤😤😤🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😠😠😠👿👿👿😾😾🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
-- Funtime the clown🤡, 2024-12-03

### *---- "Useless App"
This app never shows my tickets or purchase history. Points show up correctly but you can’t use it to show your tickets at the theatre which is the only reason I downloaded it. Can’t use the food mobile order because it says there are no tickets to link it to. Absolutely useless.
-- MiMommy, 2024-11-24

### **--- "Error whenever redeeming rewards"
App is nice to view showtimes and purchase tickets but whenever I have a free ticket the app will never let you use it and has a error message. This makes me wait till I get to the theater to purchase tickets and by then the seats I wanted have already been taken.
-- DoseOfFouseyVSRomanAtwood, 2024-09-26

### *---- "Crashing"
The app isn’t opening
-- David Mentier, 2024-09-19

### *---- "Save my credit card information for the love of all that is holy"
If you can’t figure out how to get your app to store all my credit card info, then the devs for this company should quit due to sheer and utter incompetence. You should be embarrassed to have worked on this product if you can’t get the one thing that people actually want from the app to work properly. No one cares about your reward program. We just want to buy movie tickets comfortably without entering our credit card info every time. Do you want repeat customers? That’s an important thing to business. And apparently it’s a foreign concept to whomever developed this app.
-- lep4life, 2024-09-11

### *---- "Not a good app."
App does not match online purchase, and since purchase is not in sync with app there’s no way to use/buy foods and drinks in app.

It would be nice to have something in the app where customers can report like broken recliner, dirty restroom, unusual hallway smell, staff behavior. That would help management to respond and take action.

Not so good app and Eagan theater branch.
-- postwarleek0, 2024-08-20

### *---- "Where did my rewards go?"
Terrible. Lost all my points. Just updated to new version and it only shows my basic rewards like Tuesday deals and birthday deal. I have other freebies including tickets. Won’t show transactions. I have a lot of points but still only free birthday popcorn is what his being offered.
-- galaxyblue, 2024-08-20

### **--- "Seems nice, but broken"
The app looks nice, and seems like it would be useful if it actually worked…. I made an account, it wants me to verify via email, but it never sends the verification code. I’ve tried half a dozen times now, no luck.
