Few times ordered through apps but once pickup emart staff said that the menu is unavailable. If its not available why i can order through the apps? Im not sure if the staff is lazy to cook the menu or what. But should store stock is sync with the apps? If not what is the function of the apps if i cant order ahead to save my time, just pickup upon arriving.

The entire meaning of “Digitalisation” is to make everything easier. Where this app does not do so.

 If you’re planning on purchasing their meals through the app. Please FORGET about it and just order instore. 

I had to wait nearly an hour for my order to be done thanks to this app. People who paid instore got their meals first. Where i had placed an order 20min prior and still had to wait for an Hour.

DONT SIMPLY MAKE AN APP TO RIDE IN THE CURRENT USER EXPERIENCE HYPE. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES, INCREASE YOUR MANPOWER.

I order the food from the app, but I was unable to tack my order, I waited more than 1 hour and my food still haven’t arrived then I check the app the status become the order rejected by outlet without any notification. So I ask the customer service through WhatsApp(via the live chat button in their app) but get 0 responses after 1 hour and I just wanted to know if my food was deliver or if rejected when can I get my money back. Disappointed.
