They offer a $200 bonus, but you can’t withdraw it until you’ve bet $20,000!!! This is legal robbery! Use any other sports betting platform!!! Shame on you everyone behind this scheme. Rich pricks preying on poor WV people, like always! Unbelievable! -- Will WV, 2024-12-19 ### *---- "DONT SIGN UP YOU WILL REGRET IT" Do not join this casino Sportsbook you are better off just taking your money and burning it! See all the other places like MGM DraftKings and so on give you casino bonus just like this app does except when they give you the casino bonus once you go through your deposit and that bonus unless you win, but you don’t win enough to go through the 10 X requirement any money you deposit after that you will not get back until you make that requirement. For example, if you’re requirement because you got a deposit bonus is $1000. You have to win over $1000 to ever a dime of anything and that includes just your own money. FYI EVEN AFTER THE INITIAL SIGNUP BONUS IF YOU DONT COVER THE ENTIRE AMOUNT YOUR NEXT DEPOSIT WILL GO TOWARDS THAT! WHICH MEANS YOU JUST THREW AWAY YOUR CASH. DO NOT JOIN this casino there’s a reason why it’s rated so poorly. I promise you all the positive reviews are from bots or people that got paid to leave positive reviews -- Afflicti0n, 2024-12-17 ### ***** "Good Stuff" people just get mad cause they lose money like at any other casino. its a good app, just like any other. good promos too! -- Greysaiii, 2024-11-28 ### *---- "Wish I could give negative stars to these crooks" This app, and its employees all the way up the chain are completely garbage. The app itself isn’t horrible, but the way it is ran is absolutely criminal. Twice, not once, but twice, I have had a technical issue cost me money or spins in their casino, I screenshot it, screen record it, etc. I send every single piece of info they request including clear as day recorded proof of the technical issue. It has been 7 days since I contacted support, and they have not addressed the issue whatsoever. I have sent multiple emails to follow up and they just tell me the casino team is “reviewing my account.” What review takes 7 days when I sent them everything they needed on day one? They are absolute criminals and I’m pretty sure guilty of false advertising. I am in the process of contacting the gaming/lottery commission to file a complaint and see what steps are necessary to initiate an investigation into their business. Anybody that ducks your request for support this much is more than likely not up to code(so to speak). DO NOT USE THESE BUMS! -- M.D.8.7, 2024-11-23 ### *---- "B" SCAM -- CopeAce, 2024-10-25 ### *---- "Do not use" They don’t want you to cash out. I still can’t cash out. They don’t even give me the option. Even though I won a decent amount with money I deposited. When I go to withdraw it says I have 0.00 available for withdrawal. Not sure how this is legal. Don’t download. -- frankezzzy, 2024-10-18 ### *---- "Casino is rigged" Horrible experience every single time. Undoubtedly rigged and not regulated like suggested. -- The try 345, 2024-09-14 ### ***-- "Worst Customer Service" Games are reasonable, the selection is much less than that of the other gambling apps. so I rate the gaming a 3. Customer service is a zero. absolutely the worst gambling app available in West Virginia. Probably best to stay away from it if you want to actually cash out your money. They hold your money for a minimum of three days, sometimes five or more days. Last month I had to file a complaint with the Lottery Commission in WV, to get my payout. I spoke with online support multiple times, who was absolutely no help. I spoke with my casino host who was absolutely no help. this company cares nothing about the customer, that’s obvious they need to go back to Delaware or wherever they came from -- drff12tp, 2024-08-25 ### *---- "DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. TRUST ME" I’ve had the app twice now. And it took me a minute to remember why I deleted it in the first place. They’ll take your money all day long with no problem. But when it comes to cashing out, whole different story. Yeah yeah, 3-5 days. Most gambling sites say that to cover their butts. These guys use it in hopes that you’ll cancel your withdrawals and continue gambling and lose whatever you were waiting to cash out in the first place. Just don’t. Go for DK or Caesar’s because this is nothing but a joke. -- Dad Caplinger, 2024-08-18 ### *---- "Trash App" Do not download or deposit money. I put 10$ on the app got 20$ in bonus bets it all goes towards bonus money and you can’t withdraw till you make 2000. I won right away and can’t do Anything. This app is a scam and is set up for you to lose all your money. I won $111.40 Zandler was no help when talking in chat. Stick with fanduel. MGM DraftKings. You’ll always be able to withdraw at any time when you win. -- -Pg13xx-, 2024-08-11 [View all Ember Casino WV reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
