Using Embr Wave provides immediate relief from temperature discomfort, stressful moments, and can improve sleep. The Embr Wave 2 app is the "Mission Control” for your Wave device.

A full menu of sessions is available in the app to help to crush that hot flash, sleep better, and focus on the task at hand. The app gives you access to ways to relax and unwind when you need it most or to keep your cool no matter the situation. From the office, to the plane, to your own bed—and even when walking into that next meeting or social event—your Wave has you covered.

Use the Embr Wave 2 app to:
- Explore thermal sessions designed for Sleep, Relaxation, Destressing, Hot Flashes, Focus, Personal Comfort, your guide to all things Embr Wave and personal temperature relief and control!

## Embr Wave 2 Reviews in United States

### *---- "Cannot login to app now"
App was working up until today, 10/28/2025. Now I cannot login with my Apple ID as I have since I’ve received my device and downloaded the app about 2 weeks ago.
-- SONDER8, 2025-10-28

### ***** "RELIEF from the HEAT"
I don’t have hot flashes or night sweats. I just hate being hot!
-- Puzzelwiz, 2025-08-15

### **--- "Can’t find device"
This app is awful now. It constantly can’t find or recognize my device. I have to uninstall and reinstall at least once a month.
-- Classicrun, 2025-07-31

### ***** "Hot flashes"
I have been having severe hot flashes for years my sister told me to get this last year well i finally ordered it and it seems to help a lot with the flashes and the duration of them husband says i need one on every wrist and ankles so if they really go on sale i might get a few more
-- Massbecky, 2025-07-28

### ****- "heat sensory, issues"
i’m still leaning how it works, so far, great
-- Karebear5320, 2025-07-25

### ***-- "Why so many presets?"
In the app, there are tons and tons of different temperature session presets. This would be great, but they all have vague titles like “bear hug” and “cruise control warm”. Other than the temperature level (1-9) and the session timer, what’s the difference? Are the waves closer together or further apart for certain sessions? Are there any other differences? I think these should be spelled out in each session’s setting. You could show the wave pattern if it changes at all, time between pulses, etc. otherwise, all these presets feel a bit arbitrary.
-- Riley809, 2025-07-21

### ***** "Keeping Me Cool"
The Embr Wave 2 keeps me cool during the day. At night, the all night cooling keeps the night sweats at bay.
-- Artemis247, 2025-05-26

### ***** "I’m glad I found this"
It has helped me sleep a little better, and find some relief.
-- Candi818, 2025-05-22

### ***-- "Absurd app design"
I don’t want to pick a rating yet because I just received this.
But I must offer feedback for the app—

On the sessions, please reduce the blank space around the large number. By having the blank space around the number take up half of the screen, you have to scroll to access the Start Session button. There is absolutely no need for that nonsense. It could easily fit on the screen.
-- RaggedyAndroid, 2025-05-11

### ***** "Embr"
This product is life changing!
-- Sass a frasssssssss, 2025-04-15
