He did not bother to call him and was extremely rude. When I asked him his name he said what will you go, go and do whatever u want and was extremely rude. Extremely strange how such dissatisfaction staff are allowed to work and serve customers. He is extremely bad to Emarat and a shame on customer service attitude. I parked my car and went looking for the manager and asked him the office number he too was not bothered and just showed me his card and said to complain on the app. You guys definately need to train your staff in behavior and service skills. Aslam was the worst I have encountered in my 25 years in the UAE.
