## EMDR Tappers 2 Description
EMDR Tappers 2 is a bilateral stimulation app for EMDR therapists and their clients. It runs visual, audio and tactile BLS on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and in a web browser.

EMDR Tappers 2 is the new, redesigned version of EMDR Tappers. It adds remote sessions with a therapist, a web version, and ongoing updates.

THREE KINDS OF BLS
Visual: a dot or bar that moves left and right. Pick the path, color and speed.
Audio: alternating tones that pass from the left ear to the right. Best with headphones.
Tactile: vibrations that alternate between devices, including Apple Watch haptics. Nothing extra to buy.

FOR THERAPISTS
Create a session and share the link with your client. Set the speed, modality, visual style, audio tone, haptic intensity and duration. Change them mid-session and every connected device follows in real time. Works in the room and over telehealth.

FOR CLIENTS
Join the session your therapist sends you. Add your own devices so taps alternate between your iPhones or Apple Watch. Between appointments you can run a session on your own.

ON YOUR OWN
BLS is also used for calming, grounding and stress reduction outside therapy. Run a solo session for a set time or open-ended.

GOOD TO KNOW
The free plan covers visual, audio and phone or Apple Watch haptic BLS. Premium unlocks additional customization set, and extra features such as client management for therapist or resourcing library for clients. EMDR Tappers is HIPAA-compliant.

Bilateral stimulation is one component of EMDR therapy. This app is not EMDR therapy on its own, not a replacement for a licensed therapist, and not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Check with a qualified professional before making decisions about your care. In a crisis, call or text 988 in the US (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency number.

## EMDR Tappers 2 Reviews in United States

### ***** "Easy to navigate for Clinician"
I downloaded this for my session with one of my clients because they wanted to use something more tactile. I wasn’t expecting much and honestly had our regular EMDR stuff for back up. But the setup was easy and it just connected. Really happy about that and plan to start with a few more clients now. Great work!

### ***** "Easy to use!"
I’ve tried a couple EMDR apps and most of them feel kind of clunky, but this one is actually really easy to use. The controls are simple and it’s easy to change the speed or switch between sound, visual, or tapping without breaking the flow of a session.

I also like that you don’t need special hardware. Being able to use another phone or an Apple Watch for the tapping is honestly really convenient.

Overall it just feels practical and well designed. Nothing fancy, it just works.

### ***** "Usability"
Very flexible and easy to use with therapy-grade reliability - the addition of guided meditations is a helpful touch to a functional app
