The platform concept is strong, but I’ve experienced serious support issues.

If you sign in using Apple “Hide My Email,” support requires emails to come from the registered address — which is impossible because Apple Private Relay addresses cannot send mail.

This created an account lockout situation with no workable resolution for over a week.

If you use Apple Sign-In, be aware of this limitation before committing work to the platform.

SUPPORT ARE NOT INTERESTED - they are getting double payment - haven’t bothered coming back to me. No ticket number - nothing.

The pricing information is misleading. The Standard plan advertises a $1 introductory offer, yet I was charged $20. When I contacted customer support, I was told I was required to apply a promotional code
—something that was never mentioned. No refund was issued.
Additionally, the platform claims that users can purchase 5 credits for $1; however, this option is not actually available when attempting to make the purchase.

It runs fine on search engines. However the app needs some fixes currently. And the help I received was a constant back and forth saying it was my password that was the problem - it wasn’t. Then they stopped replying to my emails asking for an update/help with the issue. Also, the price for a subscription is too high for what they offer. Could be a great app - Needs help with all the bugs they have though.
