This app always has a problem when I am trying to Do something on it.

The app works really well and accomplishes everything that I would like. 5th star will be added when there is a widget to present flight update information…

I would expect an entity that has info on me to make any engagement smooth - without asking for that info repeatedly. This app, as well as the online experiences from my mobile and laptop, did that so well, I’m surprised. Mahmood, DBN

As avid travelers, my wife and I were ecstatic to finally have the opportunity to travel back to our birth country after a four-year hiatus. With excitement bubbling over, we quickly began planning our journey and found ourselves on the Booking.com website, ready to secure our plane tickets. The allure of revisiting our homeland was coupled with the prospect of flying with reputable airlines—Singapore Airlines and Emirates—known for their exceptional service and comfort. After comparing the options, we settled on Singapore Airlines for our outbound journey and Emirates for the return. It seemed like the perfect plan, especially considering the reasonable layover times. With layovers of just 3 hours for Singapore Airlines and 1 hour for Emirates, we eagerly pressed the "Book" button, confident in our well-thought-out choices. However, our excitement quickly turned to frustration when we received our booking confirmation. To our shock, the originally short 1-hour layover with Emirates had mysteriously transformed into a grueling 11-hour wait. Confused and dismayed, we immediately reached out to Booking.com for assistance, hoping to rectify this glaring oversight. Upon contacting Booking.com's customer service, we were met with an unexpected response: "Do you have any proof, like a screen recording or something?" Stunned by this request, we realized we had no such evidence, as the decision had been made jointly while we sat side by side at the computer. The weight of the situation started to sink in; we were facing a significant layover with no recourse. Fast-forward to the return journey, and our frustration escalated. Emirates' policy indicated that passengers with layovers longer than eight hours were entitled to use their lounge facilities. Eager to secure some comfort during the wait, we called Emirates to confirm and book the lounge access, only to be informed that this was a task that could only be carried out by our booking agent, Booking.com. With a renewed sense of hope, we contacted Booking.com once again, only to be met with another disappointment. Their initial response was puzzling: "Sorry, this is only available to clients if your layout is longer than eight hours." At this point, the frustration was palpable. Eleven hours was, without a doubt, longer than eight. The ensuing conversation stretched on for over an hour, with no clear resolution in sight. It’s a great app and works well

I don’t know if anyone else has had this issue. But when I add my booking to the app, after I have closed the app the booking will have to be added again to view itinerary and details. It doesn’t just stay there and remain with my profile. Not very convenient, hopefully it can be updated

Was working very well until after the updates. I cant even access the seating plan anymore .

Love the fact that u can choose your meal option before the flight and that the seats can be pre booked with 3D view
