Emirates has never disappointed me. The service is outstanding. The app is simple and easy to use. Just the best
Feedback not working
There are several issues with this app. 1. it doesn’t remember your passport or emergency contact details from time to time. 2. Boarding passes in the app and in Apple Wallet do not show which Terminal a flight is from. 3. The Feedback button just takes you to a blank page. So you cannot give this feedback to Emirates directly.
