Whether online or offline, clinicians can use the app to view and book appointments and up-to-date medical records, making it easier to deliver care closer to home.  EMIS Mobile gives you the power to: • Access patient records securely • View and book upcoming appointments and schedules • Plan your visits effectively using integrated maps • Add consultations and referrals • View care plans • Add templates including dynamic templates • View documents and attachments, such as x-ray and test results • Prescribe medications • Add tasks for yourself and others, such as issue a prescription • Mark home visits as visited or not visited Note:  You must be configured as a user at an EMIS Web organisation that is enabled for EMIS Mobile to use EMIS Mobile. You can access multiple organisations on your mobile device if you are configured at multiple EMIS Mobile enabled EMIS Web organisations. So much more efficient than a clunky laptop and a great backup when EMIS web goes down. Please keep support for the iPad Air version A1475 (October 2013) as there is probably still quite a few in use by the NHS. No longer loads patient. Repeatedly comes up with logging on error. Emis support asked for help 5 days ago and still not working. The first time it invariably goes to a data problem. Frequently crashes especially when trying to sync. We have not managed to get it to sync with anybody’s appointments, so not much use as a back up.
