So far it has changed my default setting from being British to American for no reason causing me to have to delete my entire account and start over. It also charged me twice in one month and frequently when I try to add a new account it just says unable to add account even though it's for a major institution like Chase or HSBC. When it *does* finally let you add an account - the details are wrong even after syncing. Subscription tracker in particular is very useful and helped me get rid of some subscriptions I forgot I even had. As someone with a bad habit of signing up for things and then hardly ever using them or forgetting about them, this has saved me so much money so it is very much appreciated. The notification feature is also great and gives me a clear snapshot of what's ahead in terms of bills when I need it. This makes it so much easier for me to plan and stay in check. In terms of the design of the app, can't have any complaints really. Everything is clear and easy to find for me so very well layed-out. Genuinely so happy I gave this app a go as its gave me a much clearer perspective on all of my finances. Would have to say I will probably be recommending it to others too. I was looking for a budgeting app so I don’t have to faff about with the excel spreadsheets. I initially signed up with a free app, but choose the first paid layer for rent reporting. Then I attempted to organise my payments and lorrrrrd help me I couldn’t do it. I couldn’t assign new categories - you have to pay extra, couldn’t rename transactions - you have to pay extra. Very pushy with adverts ‘You can save money if you change you Internet provider’, etc. or ‘Invest in this… invest in that’. No, thanks. I just want to manage my money and if this means that I have to do it on excel, I’ll do it on excel. I’m not paying £9.99 a month just so I can save couple of hours a month. Sorry not sorry. And then over the course of a year features slowly started disappearing with multiple ads appearing to upgrade to pro some of the free features (which I used regularly) were pushed to the pro version. I think that was an underhanded move. I have seen on other reviews that this was due to being able to pay developers. Which would be fine, but the problem is that there wasn’t enough communication around this.
