Appแจ้งเตือนให้ชำระกรมธรรม์ ครบ 02/05/67 วันนี้ 11 ครั้งแล้วค่ะ ช่วยแก้ไขด้วย เตือนครั้งเดียวก็น่าจะพอแล้วค่ะ
ควรพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชั่น
ในแอปควรมีรายละเอียดของกรมธรรม์ด้วย ว่าคุ้มครองอะไรบ้าง ผลประโยชน์ที่ผู้เอาประกันได้รับมีอะไรบ้าง ควรมีข้อมูลของกรมธรรม์ด้วย

เป็นแอพประกันที่ไม่มีความเสถียรเลย มาใช้ตอนฉุกเฉินคือไม่เคยได้ใช้ มีเหตุอะไรก็ใช้ดูไม่ได้ แย่มาก

เข้าแอฟแล้วจะมีแจ้งว่า ระบบไม่พร้อมใช้บริการ (408) ให้ลองหรือติดต่อ 1159 ลบลงใหม่ก็เหมือนเดิม โทรเข้าระบบก็ให้ลบลงใหม่ก็แก้ไม่ได้
ควรเพิ่มข้อมูลในแอป
ควรเพิ่มข้อมูลในแอปเช่น สามารถดูเล่มกรมธรรม์ออนไลน์ได้ และควรเป็น Real time มากกว่านี้

ใส่เลขบัตรประชาชน แต่ก็บอกไม่พบข้อมูล
ควรเพิ่มรายละเอียดกรมธรรม์
ควรเพิ่มรายละเอียดที่สำคัญเช่น ความคุ้มครองแบบละเอียด ค่าห้อง IPD ไม่อย่างนั้น แอฟที่โหลดมาไม่ได้ใช้ประโยชน์เลย เพราะไป รพ ก็แค่บอกเลข บัตรประชาชน หากเล่มกรมธรรม์หาย และจำ ความคุ้มครองไม่ได้ แอฟก็ไม่ได้ช่วยอะไรเลย
