## Emotica Description
Track your mood, understand your emotions and make time for yourself. Emotica brings a mood diary, personal journal, AI coach and guided meditation into one space for daily reflection.

CHECK IN WITH YOUR FEELINGS
Some days hold more than one emotion. Choose the feelings that fit, add their intensity and explore what influenced them, from work and relationships to sleep and self-care. Add notes, photos, sketches or voice notes to give your journal context.

SEE YOUR MENTAL SKY
Your feelings become floating emotion clouds. Watch your personal sky change as you check in, and return to the thoughts and moments behind each cloud. A visual way to keep an emotion journal, even when words are hard to find.

TALK WITH YOUR AI COACH
Reflect through chat or have a live voice conversation. Explore what is on your mind, look back on past check-ins and consider a next step. Your coach can help log a feeling, suggest an exercise or set a reminder while you talk.

MAKE ROOM FOR CALM
Explore guided meditations, breathing practices, affirmations, sleep sounds and Om mantras. Take a short pause during a busy day, build a mindfulness routine or find something soothing for your evening.

NOTICE YOUR PATTERNS
Review mood trends, calendars and insights from your check-ins. Explore how everyday events relate to your feelings. Use reminders, journal streaks and gentle milestones to build a reflection habit at your own pace.

SHARE WHAT YOU CHOOSE
Connect with people you trust and select the entries you want to share. Shared entries are end-to-end encrypted. Connecting with someone does not automatically share your journal.

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL CHOICE
Protect your journal with a passcode or Face ID, explore privacy settings, and export or back up your entries. On-device AI is available on supported devices. Online AI chat and live voice coaching use cloud services, as explained in the privacy policy.

MADE FOR EVERYDAY LIFE
- Check in from your iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch.
- Use widgets and Siri shortcuts for quick access.
- Connect Apple Health with your permission.
- Choose light, dark and cosmic themes.
- Save meaningful entries to your favorites.

Whether you want to keep a gratitude diary, reflect on everyday stress or understand what lifts your mood, begin with one small check-in.

Some features require Emotica Pro. Optional monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase are available. Live voice coaching is subject to usage limits. Prices and included features are shown in the app before purchase.

## Emotica Reviews in United States

### **--- "Worked fine then stopped indefinitely"
It was working fine up until it didn't. One fine day it just stopped working; sections stopped loading. Despite uninstalling and trying to install it again so that any update or anything might have fixed it, it still does not work.

It was good while it lasted, but it is definitely a frustrating experience, even though I have got the pro membership and everything.
-- Arshalan, 2026-10-14

### ***** "Interesting way to visualize emotional patterns"
So far I have enjoyed the app, and the daily check-ins that allow me to better understand my emotional patterns overtime and what’s influencing my inner weather. I like how Emotica comes up with intelligent questions and reflections for self coaching.
