No more anxiety, envy, or inadequacy, just key memories training your brain to see more of the good every day. * The power to calm, heal, and empower dis-ease anywhere, anytime. * Effortlessly re-patterning unhealthy habits. * The knowledge and tools to heal your past and create a powerful new future. * Support from experts who’ve helped thousands like you. You don’t have to imagine anymore. WHO ARE WE? We’re the gym for your emotions—a club that combats anxiety and depression in minutes per day. We train your brain to be more positive, proactive, and productive while releasing the s#@$% that holds you down. WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT? There’s nothing like the Emotional Fitness Club. Yes, there are journaling, meditation, mindfulness, and other apps. But there has never been one app with it all like EFC. EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE (EQ) Unlike other apps, we focus on Emotional Intelligence (EQ) journaling. We train your brain to see the good in life while building connection to self. Our system encourages you to focus on "glimmers" rather than triggers. Glimmers are positive moments that most people barely acknowledge. Training our brain to look for glimmers helps us see the good in ourselves and others, reducing stress, anxiety, and negativity. Imagine an Instagram-like feed showcasing your proud moments, biggest connections, tiny highlights, hopes, dreams, resilience & bravery. It’s inspiring right? Every day we release a new glimmer-focused EQ journal prompt within our community, allowing you to connect with yourself and others over these key insights. HABITS Changing habits can be hard, but it doesn’t have to be. Based on the science behind ‘atomic habits,’ our habit transformer is a game changer for anyone caught in the cycle of repeating old patterns. If you’ve been trying to change unhealthy habits without success, the habit transformer in EFC is for you. MEDITATION, MINDFULNESS, AND HEALING Imagine a meditation system customized to each user, providing unique breath cues for each person’s needs. Based on the latest breath science, our meditations ensure your breath rate is optimized for you. Our mindfulness exercises continue the work of our EQ journaling, building your emotional intelligence. Our healing EFC patting tracks help regulate your emotions and reduce the intensity of your triggers and stress. Our sleep stories, visualizations, power-ups, morning routines, and guided journeys round out the comprehensiveness of the EFC system. COURSES, MASTERCLASSES & TESTING Discover growth with EFC courses and masterclasses. Explore topics like anxiety, depression, sleep, happiness, productivity, purpose, and emotional regulation through our expertly crafted courses.
