Credit card are not accepting
I dont know whats the issue with this app I am trying to pay my kids school fees for the past few days. I am trying do with my cards Its not accepting I tried with two cards that is also not accepting Now i have to go to the school and pay the fees Dont know whats the issue
Worst app ever seen
Useless app. Not even working at the sign up stage as it gives ‘request timed out’ error message all the time. I tried reinstalling about 10 times but still gives the same error. I experienced that this app drains the phone battery a lot while it opened. in 3 minutes my battery got drained about 13 percent. I recommend not to use this app as it is not that comfortable as what is described about this app in website.

There is no customer service support in case of any urgency

App does not allow to login says accnt inactive and ask to contact customer care, customer care contact not easily accesible, if we contact customer care nobody turning up.
Low Top up limit
Only AED 1000 top up through your debit/ credit card is allowed for a month and nobody on their help line knows when and how this limit can be increased!

Very useful app with so many payment Options. The app has improved a lot from before!!!
It’s secured
It’s secured and I feel more more comfortable to use Empay instead my debit card directly. Food orders the service is good received a call from customer service emapy they were following up with me till the order delivered.
