The state of the game is so pay to win and punishes people who can’t afford to spend time or money dedicated to the game. One person willing to spend hundreds to thousands of dollars can completely wipe free to play players in minutes with 0 repercussions and cause them weeks to months of work in setbacks. The game just doesn’t work free to play anymore.

The core game is excellent but the developers continue to roll out updates with ever increasing numbers of errors in an effort to extract more money from players with new equipment, events etc.  I have never encountered a company with worse customer service or attitude (contempt) for its customers.  Expect to spend days completing tasks and NOT receive the promised rewards.  Raise a support request/complaint and no matter how simple or carefully you explain the issue, and the company is obviously aware as it generally effects many players and the usual response is “we don’t understand the problem, please explain again.”  You are constantly bombarded with offers to buy equipment etc so you have to click through up to 15 pop-ups when you log in before you can actually play the game.  It makes logging in for a few minutes to check status etc an exercise in frustration.
 If the game was like this when I started I wouldn’t have continued past the first day.  Now part of the attraction is to see just how badly GGE can screw up and the bugs just keep getting worse and the game less playable.

The Game is ok but there is something I hate about it. U know how the free gem was 10 Minutes, now its 5 Minutes or under. Big and stronger players are attacking weaker players to think they are stronger. It used to be Good Game back in the day, but now u want us spend more money and rubies on Just Upgrading and buying. It’s not worth it anymore as it used to be.

Used to be the most skilled players were recognised by their level and title, now it’s just who has the biggest credit card!
Anyone with money can progress really fast, no skill needed!
If you are not prepared to spend up big...and I mean $$thousands literally, don’t bother starting this game now, unless you are prepared to sit and loot 24 hrs a day you will never become competitive.  Such a pity this game has gone for the big money grab, so sad to see so many talented players leaving and cursing throwing away years of hard graft and upskilling!  PC version no better!
