Been playing since a year now. It's extremely engaging. It really competes well on how quickly you can swipe your card and push back your competition. Used to be skill game at some point , now it’s only $$. I spend an average of $50 a month and I am still a low ranking non-competing player.

No doubt the app is excellent and make one addictive. Having said so, I think you need to look and differentiate players between rubby and non rubby players.
There are players who are non rubby but are performing well but didn’t get rewards coz rubby player leads the event and thus feels frustrated. And I’m one of the them lol but still I’m enjoying it.
If you can do ranking system for rubby and non rubby player then probably it will suffice the issue or else come up with some good solution.
I know rubby players are more important to you as they give you business but think of us we are also equally involved into your game.

The league and rankings should be different for player who play with buying rubies and different for those who simply play with their skills and passion , a sense of inequality is greatly felt after level 70 .
Before level 70 each division award is for 10 subsequent levels whereas after level 70 , 800 levels are put in the same league which is unfair in implementation and usually demoralising thus making many good players leave the game.
