## Empire Load Reviews in United States

### *---- "Be careful with this company it’s a scam I work for they don’t pay me"
Be careful with this company it’s a scam I work for they don’t pay me
-- Williamsonpierrilus, 2025-09-08

### *---- "STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY"
They charged me $4ish to approve my truck, right after I paid them and went through their sketchy process they blocked my number. I’ve called multiple times no answer. Apple should just remove this app from their App Store. They took my money and my truck did not get approve.
-- K212344, 2025-09-02

### *---- "Scammers"
After spend hours sent papers , include in my insurance , they ask me for $75 activation .
Apple needs to do something!
-- hdidhdidhdujshh, 2025-08-27

### *---- "Very unorganized"
This app has great potential, but there’s too many people trying to do one job at a time and it’s very confusing with regards to pick up locations and drop offs and timely coordination different people chiming in to tell you something else to do when you were instructed by on how to proceed plans change in a blink of an eye, and you are responsible for reconfiguring things based upon their unorganized approach to dispatching loads.
-- hfc fscbklyfvoop, 2025-08-16

### *---- "Don’t waste your time…"
Empire Loads – Poor Transparency, Wastes Carrier Time

Recently bid on 3 loads out of Pharr, TX. Clean MC, fully compliant, ready to roll. No response. No booking. No explanation.

This outfit does not communicate and does not respect carriers. Seems like they post loads to harvest rates, not to move freight. If you’re a serious operator under your own authority, steer clear. Empire Loads is not built for our kind.
-- ScvmLik3ly, 2025-07-24

### *---- "Stolen"
They steal 1000$ for me
-- FG MULTISERVICE LLC, 2025-06-12

### *---- "Don’t say anything"
Don’t work here if you want good money. They fired me because I told dispatch Empire was cheap and questioned delivery time of load.
-- trucker0913, 2025-04-06

### *---- "Owner Operator"
They still owe me almost $2000, promised to pay multiple times, but never paid ever.
-- M mr m, 2025-03-03

### *---- "No reason"
Wow kicked off the app with no explanation…always on time with loads that’s diabolical
-- A187qwwwwww, 2024-11-07

### ***** "My comment about this app"
The best app
-- Alex moradi, 2024-10-02
