## Employee Evaluation Manager AI Description
EvalManager is the private, offline way to run performance reviews and employee evaluations for your team. Score each person in about a minute, capture notes all year, and let AI turn them into a polished, signed PDF review. No accounts. No ads. Your data never leaves your device.

WHY MANAGERS SWITCH

- AI writes the review for you. Turn quick notes and scores into a clear, professional narrative in seconds, then edit every word.
- Score in 60 seconds. One criterion per card, custom weights, and any scale you like, from 1 to 5 up to letter grades.
- Works fully offline. No sign up, no cloud, no tracking. Lock the app with Face ID or Touch ID.
- Built for your industry. Tailored terms and ready made criteria for office, school, retail, restaurant, clinic, workshop, and more.
- Capture moments all year. Log a win or a concern in 20 seconds so nothing is forgotten when the review is due.
- Signed PDF reports. Create clean, branded, signature ready documents for the staff file in one tap.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED

- Custom criteria sets, templates, weights, and multiple rating scales
- Quick logs with sentiment, plus score trends for every person
- Goals and AI improvement plans tied to each review
- Dashboard, performance trends, distribution, and a team heatmap
- Self evaluation and side by side manager versus self comparison
- Year synthesis that turns twelve months of notes into one review draft
- One tap backup and restore, plus CSV import and export
- A true two pane layout on iPad

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your team is sensitive information. EvalManager keeps everything on device and collects nothing. There are no accounts and no analytics. AI features send only the text you choose to submit and nothing else.

SIMPLE, HONEST PRICING

EvalManager is free for small teams with unlimited reviews and quick logs. Upgrade to Pro for AI, unlimited people, signatures, branded reports, the team heatmap, CSV, automated cycles, and more. Manual backup is always free.
