One week the payroll function works, next it doesn't and I'm scrambling to manually look up hours for payroll. Some people show up in payroll and for some it creates time sheets for every shift that I need to manually approve, even though all employees are set up the same. I cannot toggle off an integration I no longer want to use. Support "live chat" is never live and responses are so delayed.
