Today when I logged in as always to clock in for work it came up a message that you’re changing the app slightly. After that it made me log in with email, password and a code. I’ve always logged in with face ID so this was wierd. When I logged in in order to clock in for work I couldn’t as the app was totally changed and the «work feature» with my rosters, payslips etc, where totally gone!!! I only have careers, money and benefits now!!! I can’t access the help center either from my app in order to get help!! I need to be able to clock in and access my payslips. This is a disaster and I need help straight away fixing it! Worst app ever!!

The app itself is buggy, prone to crashing and freezing when you try and look at the “benefits” tab. Speaking of, the benefits are absolute garbage unless you live in Sydney, where Employment Hero is based (you’ll see a lot of location bias with their products). 

Otherwise its main function, to check your payslip and log leave, are adequate. Everything else is a boondoggle.

Edit: I forgot about the pay-day loan function. That’s an absolutely cooked idea. It’s like no one looked at how micro-loans or payday loans affect people in the long run.

Ugly design. Looks like it’s built by amateurs. Lots of white with graphics and colours are horrible. Full of ads and products that Employment Hero want you to sign up or use so that they can make more money. Plus the Career section is a new form of ghosting where your application moves along to Archived with no human interaction. Not a fan.

Recent update has logged me out of my account and now is stuck in a loop when trying to log in. It doesn’t recognize I already have an account and is continuously prompting me to set up a new account. Useless, now that I have to do a heap of work to regain access. What is the point of Face ID access?

The app doesn’t show the Runsheets like Login and Logout times in the user app. The other apps like Deputy show it.

Zero flexibility, it doesn’t allow for floating time, my manager has told us that we have to use this app, but it is always very slow to login and won’t allow flexibility.
The number of times I have to delete and reinstall is appalling and I have never received any contact from the help service when the app freezes.

Complete rubbish cannot avoid this as my workplace has decided it’s the best thing since sliced bread and we have to use but it Is completely useless
Cannot progress past first screen regardless of deletions of the app it just says oops something went wrong try again and nothing else can’t sign up as new person can’t sign in as current person it’s just a complete waste of megabytes

Not interested in most of the functions it offers. However, compared to Deputy it fails in one critical area: can’t see who you are working with on rostered shifts. It also doesn’t down load your rosters into google calendar so you can’t see your entire itinerary in one place. Please address these issues

My company recently changed our timesheets and expenses app to swag, which has been decent so far. But regularly there’s issues with trying to clock in and clock out, which causes headaches trying to get times aligned with our team admins. It is especially problematic when we have staff who clock in and out multiple times a day as they move from site to site. 

The most recent problem is trying to set up 2FA, I can’t move past entering my mobile number.

### *---- "No “back” button on login screen"
App functions fine, but has a massive flaw that often makes it unusable. On the login screen, just under the button to login, there is a second one for logging into a different account. I hit this button by accident and there’s no way back to the standard login screen, even if you close and reopen the app. 
From here, you have to put in your email, and then your password which never works and then create a new password because the app freezes your account. It’s fixable, but it takes ages of frigging around just because I accidentally hit the wrong button on the cancel screen. Who designs an app this way?
