If you’re going to make it accessible to New Zealanders can you please at least make it so we can filter jobs in specific regions of New Zealand. I’m not looking for a job in Wellington when I’m 6 hours away or Raglan where it’s an hour drive. Thanks.

Latest Update: Will not open; returns you to previous screen “update now”

When you open the app it’s says to update. Press update now it does nothing. There is no way of updating the app. Also the annual leave accrual calculator doesn’t work once you’ve hit your anniversary date. It doubles up the annual leave but doesn’t take off what you’ve taken.

I tried downloading sway for my job but it took me to the careers page and it wouldn’t let me changed to work how do I changed it

Staff are constantly having to reset their passwords for the app. It’s causing a lot of frustration.

They need to either compete with seek and indeed by offering incentives to list jobs, or they need to aggregate jobs from other sources and make the ability to apply using your swag profile. I get that it’s new but these things need to be in place when you get started. I’ll just stick to using seek.

Needs time to role in 5 minute increments and holidays too show in days or hours same as sick leave

Very easy use

Today when I logged in as always to clock in for work it came up a message that you’re changing the app slightly. After that it made me log in with email, password and a code. I’ve always logged in with face ID so this was wierd. When I logged in in order to clock in for work I couldn’t as the app was totally changed and the «work feature» with my rosters, payslips etc, where totally gone!!! I only have careers, money and benefits now!!! I can’t access the help center either from my app in order to get help!! I need to be able to clock in and access my payslips. This is a disaster and I need help straight away fixing it! Worst app ever!!

The app itself is buggy, prone to crashing and freezing when you try and look at the “benefits” tab. Speaking of, the benefits are absolute garbage unless you live in Sydney, where Employment Hero is based (you’ll see a lot of location bias with their products). Otherwise its main function, to check your payslip and log leave, are adequate. Everything else is a boondoggle. Edit: I forgot about the pay-day loan function. That’s an absolutely cooked idea. It’s like no one looked at how micro-loans or payday loans affect people in the long run.
