Not what it is advertised to be !" I never write reviews but thought it’s a must with how disappointed I am with my “coaching” experience. They are amazing at marketing I’ll give them that. But coaching not so much, 1 example , I asked for some cardio / hiit training in my workout plan. The response was “your training from home so haven’t got access to gym cardio equipment ie treadmill etc “ They couldn’t even design a body weighted hiit session for me ! So I had to design my own ! They market it as if the scale shouldn’t be a indicator to hinder progress , but my “coaching” experience everything was about weight , when I didn’t even want to loose weight ! I said I wasn’t bothered about the scale number ! But I HAD to get down to that number before anything else could be done. It is a scam, coaches that I’m not even sure are coaches! The meals are already generated into the app & used my Thousands of coaches . It really did not seem like a 1-1 online coaching experience , I’m not happy with the service provided & it was £120 a month for a 6 month contract! Biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent ! Which is devastating in its self but I literally spent nearly a year building up the confidence to go ahead with spending that money to better myself .. & it was nothing like expected or advertised to be . I have a friend that had been “coached” by them too & agree with everything I’ve stated. I do not recommend ! Save you money! Don’t be scammed. -- S.arah30, 2023-06-09 ### *---- "Rip off - do not use!" Complete rip off - DO NOT USE THIS APP. Not worth £5 a month, let alone the extortionate £125 a month they charge. Go for Evolve You or Shreddy Instead for a tiny fraction of the price! Their “coaches” are not qualified to be giving nutrition advice , just Instagram gym girls regurgitating generic and widely known information from other sites. The app itself is simplistic and I would not call this “coaching” in any way. As other reviews have pointed out, this is just generic workout plans which are freely available on Google YouTube, and generic meal ideas (NOT full meal plans) which are not tailored to your preferences in any way. They probably give the same rough meal ideas and workout to everyone. Once they have taken your money they will ignore your emails/messages raising concerns about the fact that the services do not live up to what is advertised. It is impossible to contact customer services or get a reply, they just keep redirecting you to the app. They lock you in to a minimum 3 month subscription which is also most impossible to get out of unless you dispute the charges and block them directly with your bank. -- ChellyR123, 2022-12-12 [View all Empower Online Coaching reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Empower Online Coaching In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Monthly coaching programme | £199.00 | ## Empower Online Coaching Discovered Keywords -
