### ***** "Flexible and easy to use!"
This is the only workout app I’ve been able to consistently use without fail. Going on 4 years now! I appreciate the interface , tracking progress on the weights I use for the different exercises , and substituting exercises if needed. It’s super flexible in the type of programs and easy to use! I also like how the plans are a month at a time; it feels less daunting than the programs that are weeks and weeks of backlogged workouts. I’m currently on the 3 day full body and it has given me the flexibility to do other workouts like in person barre classes or running . Also attribute this and macro counting to losing almost all my postpartum weight and looking even more toned than in my 20s!

I love the 3 day split option as I can do my own cardio or add a full body day from the 5 day split on other days. I left this app for another one and recently came back. Emma’s workouts are perfect for getting results.

I’ve tried so many popular workout apps and this one is my favorite. I actually enjoy the workouts and am so proud to see my weights moving up. The app is so easy to use and well designed. I adore Emma and find her Instagram super helpful. Been using this for about 2 years now and I’m seeing great results!

This app is a game-changer! In less than a couple weeks, I’ve become super confident in the gym. I love that the workouts are so varied and that she demonstrates proper form for each one. Definitely worth it if you’re a woman like me who knows nothing!

### *---- "Good workouts, bad app"
This app is not user friendly and seems to not be professionally built. When you choose a program and skip a day or two of working out (nurses schedule), the work outs should automatically move forward but they don’t. A lot of the ‘how-to’ videos don’t even play and are pixelated. Also, after you log a workout it wants you to share it and gives you no option to get out of the share screen so you have to close down the app. I wouldn’t share this app with anyone. I’m writing down the workouts (which are on repeat) and canceling.

### ***-- "Love the workouts, not a fan of the new app"
The new app UX is difficult to use and buggy. I don’t like how difficult it is to access the fourth rep. I dislike that I’m now forced to click through every workout. I also question if the new dark mode meets WCAG’s 8:1 color ratios. It seems like a lot of dark on dark, which isn’t a pleasant visual experience. I also think the placement of the three dots (currently bottom right of the card) seems off…

Again, love the workouts. Not a fan of the new app UX. Still on the fence if the new app is a deal breaker for me.

### *---- "Awful customer service, monthly programs repeat"
I used this app on and off for over a year. While it is is cheap, the monthly programs also recycle so you can probably just build a plan off of a few months. What’s worse, is the customer service. So condescending when you ask question. Suggest spending your money elsewhere.

I made a mistake giving her my wrong starting weight at the beginning of the shred and she wouldn’t adjust my macros after she already calculated them. I was expecting someone excited to help guide me thru the shred- not just take the money and clock out.
