Very buggy app and online service. I am asked to confirm with my smart pass deuce to use online banking and the smart pass works on my normal device but does not proceed to online banking on the laptop. Useless broken loop.
Worst service, our money is stuck in the account we can’t access it. Customer care isn’t able to help we wasted money on an international call only to be told they can’t help us. Appalling and incompetent through and through!
Hard to navigate and access to online needs to have authorization from the app which mine is not prompting any message or notification of authorization. 🤷🏾♂️
Very difficult to use compared to the old app
Old app was much simpler to find account balance very quickly. It was right there on login.
I wish to cancel NBDX and return to the old platform. This new platform is slow, clunky and does not work. Nothing is intuitive and the on screen instructions are not clear or correct.
I heartily appreciate ENBD policy of Interest free loan availability. Banks are trying to trap the customers whereas with in had best experience with ENBD. I don't have account with ENBD even though i will suggest everyone.
Regret upgrading the app
If I can give this app zero stars I would ! Be careful the moment you download it you are automatically blocked from using the old app. And here is the worst part: they will lock you from smart pass and ask you to update it by using a mobile number. In my case it was inactive number, and I can’t update it because I was supposed to do it in the old app ! How creative ? Also the only clowny solution this bank has to offer is to go to their branch personally to update the mobile number : what a service ? I should jump on a plane, cut my vacations to do the online banking ? This app was not ready to be released, it is so underdeveloped that it is disturbing. What the point of it ? If you can not update any of your information by using your biometrics or secret questions ? Why so outdated approach !
Why I need to call you so you can’t share my information The default should be not share information unless provide consent, not the opposite Also I dont receive msgs of my transactions anymore after downloading the new app
