The new app is terrible, not intuitive, full of bugs. I am seriously considering leaving ENBD because of the new user interface (app and website).

-Why do you have to change an app that its working fine??? -on the new app I need to search for things that I already new how to do. -I could not schedule a payment, had to be done straight away. -so bad that I am considering changing bank.

Called and waited 15 minutes and they hang up after 15 minutes on the line

Impossible to make a transfer until you confirm email, but no email sent. Impossible to confirm an online purchase unless you enter confirmation code from sms, but no sms sent. Why updating in the first place if the quality is even worse then before

Easy to use

Horrible experience! Took me 1/2hour to configure and now I have to wait until you check and confirm my device! I had an account before you know! I entered my old app several times! I also have a job and I need to work, I can’t spend all of this time to do something which was working fine just because you have a new app! I don’t care at all about your new app, the old one was fine! If I entered the old one and you just automatically updated to the new ok, but this was ridiculous! Very bad experience and now I have to catch up in my job! This because I had to do a transfere that I normally do in 5min! Horrible experience! Please don’t call me to ask more questions and waist my time even more! Please! I have took the time to explain here already! Evolve, don’t disturb Amazing, now I have tried 20 different nicknames and because they are all taken I can’t move on!
