## Enchant Description
When positive affirmations become a habit, watch your life change. With Enchant, unlock the power of your subconscious mind through affirmation and hypnosis. Create a headspace where you are focused, calm, and have the motivation to reach your goals.

Use affirmation and hypnosis together to better help your mental and physical well-being.

Reprogram Your Mind for Success

Daily affirmations are a form of mental training. Your brain is constantly forming new connections, and each daily affirmation strengthens the neural pathways associated with those positive thoughts. Using simple repetition, you can reinforce a positive attitude, affirm your self-belief, and empower yourself to take positive action toward the life you want to live.

How the Right Affirmation Can Change Your Life

Do you struggle with…

- Negative self-talk? You’re not alone if you feel like you're not good enough or doubt your abilities. Take care of your mental health by transforming negative thoughts and creating better headspace with positive ones.
- Stress and anxiety? Stress and overwhelm can take a toll on your mental and physical health. Promote feelings of calm with a daily affirmation.
- Limiting beliefs? Negative beliefs about yourself or the world hold you back. Affirmations can help you change them and open yourself up to new possibilities.
- A lack of confidence? If you struggle to believe in yourself or take on new challenges, empower your confidence and boost your self-esteem with positive affirmations.
- Achieving your goals? Do you set goals but then struggle to follow through? Affirm your motivation, elevate your habits, and focus on what you want to achieve.
- Feeling stuck in a rut? If you feel like your life is going nowhere, positive affirmations can help you shift your mindset and create the change you want to see.

A Pathway to Better Help

Enchant’s hypnosis tracks guide you into deep relaxation with calming music and soothing voices. Here, your mind becomes more open to suggestions so you can plant the seed for change into your subconscious.

Improved Health and Well-Being

Hypnosis can help you overcome:

> Sleep problems: If you struggle to fall asleep or stay asleep, hypnosis can be a natural approach to improving sleep quality. It can help quiet your mind, promote relaxation, and establish better sleep patterns.
> Chronic pain: Hypnosis can be a helpful tool for managing pain, especially chronic pain. It can help reduce the perception of pain and allow for better relaxation, which can indirectly improve pain tolerance.
> Unwanted habits: Hypnosis can be used to address unwanted habits like smoking, nail-biting, or overeating. It can help you identify the underlying triggers for the habit and create positive change in your subconscious mind.
> Phobias: Hypnosis can be a powerful tool for reducing fears and phobias. It can empower you to confront them in a safe, controlled setting.
> Stress & anxiety: Feeling overwhelmed or constantly stressed can take a toll on your well-being. Hypnosis can help you achieve a deeper state of relaxation, improve your focus, and develop healthy coping mechanisms to improve your mental health.
> Plus! Athletes, musicians, and others use hypnosis to enhance their performance — improving their focus, concentration, and motivation. Use it to visualize your success and access a state of peak performance.

Hypnosis plants a seed deep in your mind, and daily affirmations nurture it so it grows strong. By combining the power of hypnosis with the reinforcement of daily affirmations, you create a sustainable strategy for positive change and personal growth.

## Enchant Reviews in United States

### ****- "Not bad"
Not bad app
-- loopy2319, 2025-04-26

### ***** "Amazing"
This app is very helpful, I love they way they are set up, I love the undistractability of them lol
-- tifdid, 2025-01-22

### ***** "Enchanted by Enchant"
Amazing App💃🏽💃🏽
-- azucarparda, 2025-01-17

### ***** "Amazing"
This app literally changed my life. I even use these sounds with my baby and he loves them. He is calm and happy when I play the sounds. Also, I play the affirmations in the morning so I can start my day right. This app is worth it 10000 %
-- Paulina 123, 2024-12-23

### ***-- "Great options, but that voice!"
Wish I could opt for a different voice. This voice triggers memories of a particular sort that greatly upset my calm
-- FridasVoice, 2024-11-30

### ***** "I like Enchant"
The affirmations are so positive
-- Terry 1410, 2024-11-02

### ***-- "False Advertising"
Love the other fabulous apps but the download page for this app has screenshots showing that you can create your own affirmations and get affirmation notifications but this app has no writing features or notifs. Instead it is just a bunch of recordings you can play. The recordings are good but not what this app appears to be marketed as. For affirmations I would recommend the app I Am.
-- Sir Benjamin, 2024-10-12

### ****- "Great for affirmations, not so much hypnosis"
The affirmations are really awesome and I play them regularly; but the hypnosis is lacking , not enough time is given to actually get into it and the sound effects are not super helpful. Similar to fabulous’ guided meditations, not enough space and time between speaking is given for the listener to take in whats being said and reflect internally.

Would really like a bookmark/save/favorite option, navigating the app to find a favorite recording is sort of annoying.
-- Wizzy gg, 2024-09-14

### ***** "Different spin on mindfulness"
This is something a bit more magical, a bit of timelessness and hypnosis. Give it a try!
-- small biz exec, 2024-09-01

### ***** "New FAV from Fabulous!"
I am a HUGE fan of the series of apps from Fabulous and this new addition is another hit!
