## Enchanted Kingdom 8 - F2P Reviews in United States

### **--- "Stuck"
After reading the reviews guess I might be having problems ahead, that’s if I can move on. In the light house where the star globe is, I’m suppose to get the plate which is a record but nothing. The crystal is still intact after putting handkerchief and crystal. Please fix love your games but many problems with all of them. Thank you
-- Lmisty58, 2024-08-06

### *---- "Sigh. Here we go again"
As others have posted, I’m stuck at the garden chest game. I know I’m supposed to tap on the rake things and the scoop should appear, but it doesn’t work. I was happy that this one really was FTP, but it doesn’t;t matter if I can’t get past this mini-game. I’ve had glitches with other games too, and for the first one, I got a very nice support email, although nothing has been fixed. All other glitches get no reply. ☹️
-- sandersong, 2023-01-25

### *---- "Could be a fun game"
Why do these games not work as intended, the garden gate opens but does not work after, only one item is available to open the chest, then NOTHING happens when you touch the chest items, I reset the game 4 times and all 4 time the same thing, do better please as the game could be very good
-- Kimlyy, 2022-12-10

### *---- "As usual glitches"
I am only in the third scene of this game and already stuck by a glitch. One you open the garden gate it is a mini puzzle where you have to find items and use them. After finding the first item to unlock the chest it doesn’t have the second item. Each time you hit the hint button in the mini game it says there is nothing to do here but if you exit the mini game and hit hint it directs you back to the mini game. Honestly this is a chronic problem with this developer. I have had loads of issues and almost decided not to try them again and I think this one seals it. I see from the reviews I’m not alone.
-- iamalways8, 2022-10-22

### ***-- "Major glitch"
Got through about half the game but can’t use the sleep bomb on the guards….won’t let me move on. Disappointing as I was enjoying it until that point. I did see that others have experienced the same issue. May be an iPad issue?
-- Brinyseas, 2022-09-13

### *---- "Crashed near the end… no help from support! How frustrating!"
I got nearly to the end of this game, but the necessary piece (a smoke bomb) wouldn’t work, so I had to delete the game unfinished. I even watched a few walkthroughs to see what I had missed, but I was doing everything right. I got no help from support, after waiting for 2 days, so deleted . Not good!
-- still trapped, 2022-09-04

### ***-- "Could be GREAT"
Domini is my fav developer, I love the realistic touches in each scene, and the great mini games. This game was good except for 2 things: 1) the gem and coin counters in the top right corner covered a third of the dialog! Very frustrating! And 2) the water game doesn’t fill correctly. I had to look at the solution for the paid game and use that and then it worked even though the water levels were NOT at the right levels! In fact, the 3 unit high vial will only fill to 2 no matter what you do! Awesome game otherwise, wish Domini cared enough to fix their f2p games😔
-- Ajax713, 2022-05-16

### ***** "Great Game"
Another great game. Found it challenging!
-- PeuterGleason, 2022-02-08

### **--- "Glitches"
This was an “ok” game, but there were not enough mini puzzles. The water puzzle is impossible because (glitch) there’s not enough water available to fill all of them. I had to delete the game unfinished because of this glitch that others also had. I tried resetting, restarting, and any other solution I could think of. It’s definitely a glitch in the game and without it you cannot go any further. This is true for many games on this series, and probably why they are now offered as f2p.
-- KaraInKentucky, 2022-02-03

### *---- "Too Many Glitches"
I will not be emailing support as I had numerous times for other games and nothing was resolved. I had to use the skip option on for the crate game as everything was correct but nothing happened, and the water game is impossible since the graphics are off. I love Domini games but this one is a dud.
