There you agree to giving up a greater amount of you privacy and data. This is happening on an app that you already paid for and you are only halfway through the contract. I emailed customer service, they emailed me back saying “maybe you used the wrong password”. I went to the app again and I was already logged in. But none of the fixes worked , with 1-3 days between communication and the fact that I got this app to fix the issues that make it extremely difficult to interact with this kind of support, there is no person to talk to ever, they don’t do that. However, the evidence they cite is very shaky if you dig into it. For example, consider “STARS-ADHD” study. It has no control! They enroll 221 adults to test the product, but did not have a control group that did not access the product. So there’s zero evidence that the change was caused by the product. It’s really misleading. It raises the serious question of why there was no control group.
