I deleted app one year ago and did not use during last 12 months. But it continues to take money for subscription. Be careful and unsubscribe prior to delete this app. App is not good. Poor quality, does not meet the quality requirements and works bad. Do not buy it. There are a lot of another more relevant apps

I really love this app, I have it on my phone also. But it works really strange on macbook m3. Sometimes it just stop playing. But when I rebooted macbook, and it started automatically for me, the entire OS froze! I close it and rebooted again, and my Mac works perfectly. It also made weird temperature spikes. Need to be optimized!!!

I live in Ukraine, and there’s a war going on here. Every night there are sirens and explosions. Rockets and bombs. At some point, I couldn’t sleep or relax. But thanks to the Endel app, I can feel calm and secure again, even in these terrifying circumstances.

First problem is that without subscription it’s immposible to use: 10 min sessions, very limited choice of sounds and all other options are blocked. Second promlem is just poor app for it’s cost at all, sounds are just an AI generated and I’m not sure that it increases productivity much more than some random free bunch of LoFi music. And there’s no much more useful in this app.

Чудовий застосунок для роботи та концентрації уваги. Мені дуже допомагає працювати більш ефективно та якісно. Також у мене проблеми з тривожністю, інколи буває складно, та мені допомагає розслабитися деякі звуки. Окремий плюс - дизайн, дуже зручний та стильний.

How should I know if it works for me if I can't try all option in trial version at least for 3-5min? Installed and deleted next day🤷

До окончания триала уже списывает деньги! Отменил подписку, но попытки списания по-прежнему идут, из-за этого невозможно скачивать другие приложения, т.к висит якобы долг!! Прошу обратить внимание на это приложение, т.к. похоже на чистый скам

Жахливо коли без користування додатком, програма просить оплату, хоть би дали спочатку можливість безкоштовно спробувати, а потім вже якби мені сподобалось можна би було думати про оплату, та ні у вас все по іншому, щоб людина бажано забула за те що вона взагалі скачала цей додаток, зареєєструвалась, а потім бац і оплату зняли, а вона навіть не сиділа в ньому!

Dear Endel team. I’m absolutely in love with your app. I can not afford premium subscription, but I was always satisfied with the limited available sounds. However in the recent update, for some reason, you implemented a limited 10-minute session, and I have to open the app and restart it every 10 minutes. Why on earth did you do that? I use the sounds for focus, and having to distract every 10 minutes is the opposite of focusing. If anything, this function motivates to look for other apps, not to buy subscription. You promote yourself as an app for mental health improvement. And from a team like that I would expect understanding that people needing help with mental health and focus, sometimes have more urgent expenses than a soundscape app. It’s really annoying and disappointing, you basically made free version impossible to use. I really hope you remove the 10-minute limitation and choose understanding over being greedy.
