I’ve used diabetes express for at least 6 years. While the people are very nice when I call, the company itself felt predatory; more similar to a business than my local pharmacy. Endor health is the opposite, I haven’t had such an easy and pleasant experience in my life, and I’ve had some great pharmacists. I cannot recommend switching to Endor enough. When it was time to refill everything the first time, I was called and walked through it all before I even placed my order. And, I’m finally able to order more than a box at a time because they were willing to check how much was covered. I’ve actually had a shockingly good experience. I didn’t realize how much smoother things could be or how much I cared. This is the way to win a customer, and I’m here for as long as you guys are around.
