It won’t connect to my juice box and I can’t send a message through the ap because the country in the account info is forced to the US which is not where I live, but I can’t change it to Canada. I wish I could give a zero rating. It’s literally useless and now the old ap doesn’t work.

Enel X Way North America has decided to close its electric mobility business in the US and Canada, operated by the local subsidiary of Enel X Way USA, effective October 11, 2024.

This app is unmaintained, unsupported, and 100% broken

They bought the network that my charger was part of and spent the last few years messing with it. Now they have decided to drop the entire network. This is the kind of behaviour that makes people afraid of EV’s. Power infrastructure should be treated with more respect than this.

Bring back the old JuiceNet app, it worked, this new app is total garbage.

I’ve tried numerous times and all failed to add a payment method to my profile.

The Juicebox and this app were way oversold. The app is mostly about public chargers, which I couldn’t care less about when I’m trying to get my home charger to work. The charger times out for some reason, and the app doesn’t provide notification. The information the app provides is so rudimentary as to be useless. You can only schedule charging statically, and trying to resume a stalled charge is virtually impossible. There is no facility for taking advantage of Hydro’s upcoming variable pricing, which is what they make it sound like it will do. I don’t recommend this app, and I regret buying a Juicebox

After this last update I can no longer get my charging information. This company has made a big mess of what she to be a great app when run by JuiceBox. Come on, you guys/girls can do better in this technology age. It is 2024

Absolutely terrible app and customer service. What a shame that this company exists.
