Keeps logging out.

Every time you go to app you have to log back in. Very dated, needs updating please. Also if you have a fada in your name this company doesn’t allow it 🥺

Terrible app with poor performance

Sometimes the app works slowly. Most times it just spins on every option for days. Makes the app unusable Just upgraded to smart account and when I click on enable insights it just spins and has been spinning since yesterday

Useless app

Basically a website displayed in the app. Numbers and graphs make little sense and are extremely basic - defies the use of a smart meter. The numbers displayed in my time-of-usage account make no sense whatsoever: the € value of usage divided by kWh usage results in a figure larger than my plan’s peak time charge - which again makes no sense. Very disappointing

Very bad

I don't think they've ever heard of something like UX/UI. Made very rough, work slow, lots of errors. Experience with this App can piss off even a very calm person.

Just a bundled website that cannot even save login and requires to log in every time

I should not have to log into the app after closing the app and going back to it a minute later. Have a user session like every other app please

New user since October

This is the the poorest of all the electricity monitoring Apps I have used.( I have been with three companies and have apps for microgeneration) But at 4 months use I still cannot get any breakdown of my day to day usage or costs. When will we get anything useful?

Slow

Usually no problem with the App but today it’s frustratingly slow and unresponsive

Glitchy, constantly logging me out and forgetting my details, crashes all the time. Slow to load. 0 out of 10. Frustrating more then anything
