How is it a company as large as Energy Australia can have the worse app on the market. Just trying to open it is impossible as it just continuously loads and never stops. What exactly are you using the billions of dollars in profits you make each year on? Not the app that’s for sure
Electricity usage is 2 days behind with my smart meter I have installed. That’s not what they say you can track your usage lol 🙅🏻
Coming from Powershop the app was flawless, this app is junk, data is delayed by 2 days
Login is painful process, also only allow to login from one device at a time
The app isn’t working properly you can’t check usage mine is stuck from September can’t check it from them
Slow, clunky and ineffective login security. When given either password or email address option to login, and entering either, you’re still required to check your email to receive a security code to enter. Then, more often than not, you get a spinning circle which after a long wait reports the error “Something went wrong!” and you have to start the process again. This alone is really pushing me to find another energy provider. I won’t even mention the GUI and layout of this app; a primary school kid would be able to design a better one.
App logs you out and you keep having to get code from Email to re log in
After signing in, email and password is created successfully, but then when logging in again , it won’t let me log in anymore
Very pretty loading indicators, but that’s all I ever see. Loading times are unacceptable. No dollar amount on solar exports. Data about 48 hours behind. With the cost of the electricity bills and the low feed-in tariffs, pretty sure you can do better EA.
For those of us using the ipad a landscape view is really needed, or is it just too difficult for you geniuses?
