Nifty Words Standard, mit Favoriten, Suchverlauf, englischer Lautschrift und Retina Display Unterstützung, ist ein sehr schnelles elektronisches offline Wörterbuch für Deutsch-Englisch. Es beinhaltet mehr als 85.000 Übersetzungspaare und verfügt über einen Index mit über 120.000 Suchwörtern. Über die neue In-App Erweiterungsfunktion kann die englische Sprachausgabe mit ca. 32.000 gesprochenen englischen Worten noch nachträglich installiert werden. Die neue Suchverlauf und Favoriten Funktion ermöglicht Ihnen das effektive Wiederholen und Lernen oder den schnellen Aufbau Ihres persönlichen Wortschatzes, da das Hinzufügen und Entfernen von Begriffen extrem einfach ist. Das Wörterbuch funktioniert wie eine Suchmaschine und liefert als Suchergebnis die passenden Übersetzungen. Dadurch erhält man auch Übersetzungsvarianten, und das ist für alle Anwender, die häufig englische Texte oder E-Mails schreiben müssen, sehr hilfreich. Die App verzichtet komplett auf komplizierte Eingabedialoge. Die Anwendung ist deshalb einfach zu bedienen, schnell und hat eine große Wort-Datenbank installiert. Ich schätze die App auch, weil sie sehr schnell startet, einfach in der Bedienung ist, und als offline Programm findet man so gut wie alle Wörter. Perfekt für kurze, schnelle und einfache Wortübersetzung DE<>EN Ein Punkt Abzug weil nach Programmstart kann man nicht sofort eingeben, sondern muss erst das Suchfeld aktivieren damit die Eingabe-Tastatur erscheint.
