About the English test and certificate
The EnglishScore test is delivered on a mobile phone, so it requires different security measures and rules.
We use security features such as face monitoring technology through your smartphone’s selfie camera. You must be alone in a quiet place with your whole face clearly in the camera during the test.
These rules help give you and organisations confidence that your results are accurate and reliable.
To take the test and purchase a certificate, you will need to turn on your test security.
Once the test is complete, EnglishScore awards you with an internationally recognised CEFR level from A2 to C1 and a more detailed score between 0 and 599 aligned to the CEFR framework. This is a recognised global standard for describing language levels. You can use your CEFR score to compare results with tests such as IELTS, TOEIC and TOEFL.

Very specific question
Not bas needs a human in speaking test
Tbh it’s not bad at all but we need a real conversation it feels like the specific questions is not fair I don’t like some topics and I’m getting asked about them
Not responding
Before I begin I'd like to clarify that I respect the British Council but I want to describe my experience using the app as to be fixed as soon as possible. When I was taking the test in the second part of arranging the phrases in order, it didn't respond to my touch at all and paused the test when I wanted to continue although my face was clear and I pushed the button it didn't work and canceled the test saying it was paused for too long ,However it was not, To be clear my phone is in great condition and on the latest update, if you please fix this issue Asap .Thanks for your support,
Big making questions invisible
There’s that weird bug when I press next it shows a white screen JUST BLANK WHITE SCREEN and I can’t do anything about it, tried to take a screenshot but then it told me if I were to take another one the test will be cancelled, it happend twice in 15 minutes

Camera problem
It's not good to use the camera and choose the photo on the certificate according to the photos in the test that's not acceptable to me and the other problem os muslim girls should wear hijab all the time to finish the test safely they're taking the test in their home why you force them to wear their hijab and look for a good background it's ok but too much details to have the test actually if i want to have a certificate i will reject it beacuse of my photos
