## eNOSW Reviews in Australia

### *---- "App is rubbish"
If I didn’t need this app for work it wouldn’t be on my phone. It requires the use of another app to reduce the quality of photos so they can be submitted, even then it still won’t work.
Every so often I have to change my password to be able to login.
It has no way to request actual help within the app.
Generally none of the meter numbers in my area are able to be entered in via the app so I’m forced to do the paper NOSW.
They also have no app support hence I’m writing a review to complain about it.
