It takes so long to load and has so many connection issues with the new version. Half of the time it doesn’t let me log in due to “authorization issues” even when it sends me a code and I put it in. There have been so many times where I’ve needed to check my balance and literally can’t. Also I’ve literally never left a review for anything in my entire life but this is just SO bad lol. -- heieifbesg, 2025-04-17 ### **--- "Atrociously Slow" Out of nowhere the app just stopped connecting to the internet and is unbelievably slow. -- Goodapp77398124622, 2023-02-17 ### **--- "Several issues" I've been trying to link my external bank account for weeks since I'd like to stay at my current bank but I need to send my boyfriend money for bills. I've had so much trouble just trying to find the right place in the app to even link my account. I thought I'd figured it out, but apparently it had only linked them to view and not to access and transfer? Out of desperation I tried to look through the app again to see if I used the wrong thing to link them. I found yet a different way to link the external account with entirely different steps, but now it's just giving me an error and saying that I've already linked it. And yes, it IS already linked, it just won't let me actually transfer anything to or from it. The second time I tried to link them, one of the buttons I could tap on didn't appear until I had gone to a different section and backed out of it again. Nothing on this app makes sense. I'm glad I stayed with TVA for my own account. -- S Harrell, 2022-10-03 ### ****- "The small screen means *space* is premium" Of 3 area banks I tried this is the best. Until the mid 2022 upgrade. (See the title above). Transfer links that had its own button on the tool bar AND also with the individual accounts when pulled up has been eliminated. Unnecessary redundancy and only 1 tier of separation made removal of the tool bar link a clear winner. Unfortunately we are now force fed large fonts in bubbles that are also unnecessarily gapped for the most basic function, accounts. And it appears that most all other screens are still in the “old” small fonts. Any visually impaired user will still need glasses for anything except the most basic functions. IMO screen real estate trumps partial relief from glasses (as does the 2 finger zoom) So more scrolling vs reading glasses vs except for “accounts” (now in the large font edition)? PLEASE change for the better, not just a different trade-off. Its all individual PREFERENCE. Give us uniform fonts or better yet make them user adjustable to taste. Thinking about updating? You’ve been warned! -- Early Trekker, 2022-09-06 ### ***** "Love EFCU💕" I’ve been an EFCU (K-25 Credit Union) member since 1972!!! Great people, service and experiences here! The update to the new app. doesn’t seem as user friendly as before😢. I’ll keep trying though😊!!! -- TTWW33, 2020-06-01 ### *---- "App" Quit fixing what isn’t broken. All you do is cause crashes and people who can’t help because they don’t know how to fix the bugs😝 -- TNIRIS13, 2019-07-10 ### ***** "So much more" So much more advanced then ever before!! Will definitely keep my business for years to come!! -- Amstodd, 2019-07-10 ### ***** "Love the new look!" With this new update, mobile banking with Enrichment just got much better! I love the new look! And Snapshot means I don’t even have to log into my account to see balances! Much better!! -- Chlobesi, 2019-07-09 ### *---- "Can’t get into any links" New and improved but it doesn’t work. Log in/ set up went fine but if I try to go to bill pay, transfer, etc it does nothing. -- cadphfsxbn, 2019-07-09 ### ***** "Run" If this app is a representation of the credit union, put your money in a mason jar. Terrible app! -- Meh in TN, 2019-06-07 [View all Enrichment Federal CreditUnion reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Enrichment Federal CreditUnion - [First Century Bank](https://apptail.io/app/first-century-bank-kjgb/united-states) - [Hearthside Bank](https://apptail.io/app/hearthside-bank-gFxc/united-states) - [ORNL Federal Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/ornl-federal-credit-union-Zdzc/united-states) - [UT Federal Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/ut-federal-credit-union-nezc/united-states) - [Knoxville TVA Employees CU](https://apptail.io/app/knoxville-tva-employees-cu-CXAc/united-states) - [UCFCU Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/ucfcu-mobile-bZsi/united-states) - [One Bank TN](https://apptail.io/app/one-bank-tn-eZsi/united-states) - [Home Federal Bank of Tennessee](https://apptail.io/app/home-federal-bank-of-tennessee-ofEj/united-states) - [Commercial Bank App](https://apptail.io/app/commercial-bank-app-BSCk/united-states) - [Y-12 Federal Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/y-12-federal-credit-union-znjn/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
