My first try using enroute during a busy rush hour. I understand that I might not get a taxi straight away, but the app just states waiting for driver, without any indication of how long that might be. Would benefit from a queuing system or approximate ETA. Before a driver is assigned to the trip you should be able to cancel for free. But, this costs £5 to wait 20 minutes with no update - the experience feels like a scam.
