Enso is the private, encrypted journal that helps you build a daily gratitude habit with guided prompts, heart-coherence breathing, goal tracking, and positive affirmations. Every entry is end-to-end encrypted — your thoughts stay yours. WHY PEOPLE LOVE ENSO "Finally, a journal that feels safe." Every word you write is protected by end-to-end encryption with your own private key. No one — not even us — can read your entries. Struggling to start writing? Our guided prompts meet you where you are, whether you want to capture a simple joy or work through a deeper reflection. Need to calm your mind first? The built-in heart coherence breathing exercise uses audio and visual cues to help you regulate your nervous system in just a few minutes. NEW: GOAL TRACKING THAT ACTUALLY WORKS Set meaningful goals and finally follow through. Track your progress with clear analytics that show how far you've come — not just what's left. Smart reminders nudge you at the right time, gently and without guilt. Your goals live alongside your journal, so your daily gratitude practice fuels your ambitions. Write it, believe it, do it. WHAT YOU GET - End-to-end encrypted journaling (your private key, your data) - Goal tracking with progress analytics - Smart reminders that keep you on track - Daily guided gratitude prompts tailored to your mood - Heart coherence breathing with audio & visual guidance - Goal setting and manifestation tracking - Custom positive affirmations - Beautiful, distraction-free design YOUR PRIVACY IS NOT OPTIONAL Most journal apps store your entries on their servers in plain text. Enso encrypts everything on your device before it ever leaves. We built privacy into the foundation, not as an afterthought. Start your gratitude practice today. Your future self will thank you. ## Enso Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/cc/cd/88/cccd8888-df2c-c692-7032-cc35c572d84a/03-quiet-your-mind.jpg/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/40/94/5c/40945c65-d4a7-c05f-0d9a-8f5ace384c53/02-turn-intentions.jpg/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/dc/9b/28/dc9b287a-9c58-9c38-c510-7ab385bdc956/01-calm-anxiety.jpg/1290x2796.png) ## Enso Rating Breakdown in Canada - 5 stars: 2 (100%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## Enso Available In - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/canada) - [Jordan](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/jordan) - [Barbados](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/barbados) - [Bermuda](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/bermuda) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/brunei) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/switzerland) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/china) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/cyprus) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/united-kingdom) - [Grenada](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/grenada) - [Ghana](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/ghana) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/croatia) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/iceland) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/italy) - [Jamaica](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/jamaica) - [Kenya](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/kenya) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/kuwait) - [Cayman Islands](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/cayman-islands) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/sri-lanka) - [Lithuania](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/lithuania) - [Luxembourg](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/luxembourg) - [Madagascar](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/madagascar) - [Mali](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/mali) - [Macao SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/macau) - [Nepal](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/nepal) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/new-zealand) - [Oman](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/oman) - [Panama](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/panama) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/peru) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/sweden) - [Slovenia](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/slovenia) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/slovakia) - [Senegal](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/senegal) - [Suriname](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/suriname) - [Uzbekistan](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/uzbekistan) - [Armenia](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/armenia) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/vietnam) - [Angola](https://apptail.io/app/enso-gratitude-journal-GMav/angola) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
