## Enter the Gungeon Reviews in United States

### ****- "Just as good as the console version! Just needs some add-ons/tweaks"
This game always is a great way to pass time! Discovered it on console and now bought on my phone cause I wanted to take it with me to go. It’s almost par for par with the console version though it is missing and needing some things. I wish they added a cross hair for controller usage to help aim easier. As well as an adjustable auto aim feature. It’s really tough when you are trying to hit a specific enemy and it hard auto locks to another enemy or even a barrel/trap. Other than that its still fantastic

### ***-- "Love EtG but several issues"
The controller map gets messed up whenever entering a boss room. When hitting X/A on a controller it brings up the Ammonomicon instead of skipping the boss intro.
If you transmogrify an enemy with say the witch pistol and clear the room you are unable to teleport into that area because the game thinks to room isn’t clear. The controller map stops working at certain points where my dodge roll don’t work on left bumper.
The missing crosshair when choosing manual aim makes the game so much harder as I cannot ascertain where my bullets would land.
Love EtG, this isn’t a review of the game but a review of the port.

### ***-- "controller issues"
hey dodgeroll. huge fan of gungeon, i do have a few problems, for one no controller aim assist, it’s either full aim assist for touch pad or no aim assist an aim assist slider for controller would be great, second controller weapon swap just doesn’t work, i cant pull up full gun list with controller, and with the touch menu it’s harder to understand which gun will be my hot swap gun, thank you dodge roll really looking forward to the next game yall make
-- onlyjust_n, 2025-08-22

### ***** "Fix the shoot joystick"
The game is great i only have one problem. Whenever I get a charge gun, instead of shooting where I aimed the shoot joystick, it aimed with the move joystick. This kinda ruins it because I’m using the advanced play style and I don’t wanna use auto shoot. It ruins the experience without the advanced play style and

### **--- "CoTL DLC not working"
First time I played I was able to switch to the Cult of the Lamb character in the 1st room. Now that I bought the game, when I try to switch to the character it doesn’t do anything. I say yes to the sacrifice and then I just stand there. If I go back to try it just says “turn away”. Please fix.
-- App_Addict101, 2025-08-21

### *---- "Hard to play"
Controls are your worst enemy. Buttons too small. Roll is your friend but hard to hit the button. Bigger fire button double tap anywhere right side roll. Shoukd be able to move buttons. Roll is too far. Even the tap area on close screen button is too small . Chest can block entrance causing you to get stuck and have to quit.

### ***** "Fantastic game but…"
I love Enter the Gungeon, 10/10 amazing game, but WHY does the mobile version have online multiplayer and the console or computer version only have local multiplayer? You cant expect me to only play with my friends in the Gungeon just on my phone? I really want this online multiplayer function to go to console and computer versions.
-- Askew10, 2025-08-21

### ***** "Much anticipated, got some wrinkles though"
I love this game so much, had it on console, pc, and now mobile. I enjoy it a bunch and the console and pc versions are really nice ironed out games for the most part. The mobile version is almost the same glory. However, I don't like that it's not just $9.99 from the store itself, it presents a level of falseness to the game. There are certain bugs, like when accessing the menu it doesn't let you close out sometimes, some enemy sprites are messed up, and on iPad the screen size and buttons are wonky. But all in all, this is a fairly new release to mobile, so I still think there's a good chance things will be smoothed out. 10/10 game overall, like a 7-8/10 on mobile.

### *---- "Game won’t even start. Black screen"
I’m a fan of the console/pc version but this game won’t even load on my phone, just black screen then crashes back to Home Screen
-- DSpegasus, 2025-08-20

### **--- "Screen on iPad 13"
hi i have several problems with ETG on ipad
1) big black frames, the game is not adapted for playing on 13 inches
2) weak internet and at some moments i can't play the full version of the game
3) also because of the internet once in a few years i lose all my progress
I bought the game to play offline to a greater extent
