The Entrust Identity mobile application is the new Entrust mobile platform for delivering strong identity credentials to both employee and consumer users. With this version of the application, users will continue to benefit from the authentication and transaction verification capabilities that replace hardware tokens, while adding advanced password reset capabilities for employee use cases.
One Application, Multiple Uses
The Entrust Identity application allows you to create identities and activate unique one time passcode soft token applications for use with different organizations that use the Entrust Identity IAM platforms for strong authentication.
Verify Transactions
Protect yourself when initiating any type of online transaction such as account login, financial transactions, etc by receiving confirmation of your transactions right to your mobile application. Confirm the details and enter your secure, one time passcode to complete the transaction.
Manage Employee Passwords
When password reset and unlock management becomes a burden for an IT department, allowing employees to manage their passwords right from this mobile application improves the experience for everyone. Employees will use the same strong credential they would when managing passwords through web portals to simplify the process – without compromising security.
Entrust combines security with usability for millions of customers across the globe.

Entrust Identity FAQ
Is Entrust Identity free?
Yes, Entrust Identity is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Entrust Identity legit?
⚠️ The Entrust Identity app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
I’m testing the beta sequoia 15.1 beta 5. And I’m testing specifically the screen mirroring tool for the iPhone. And I love the way this feature works however, the interest app is a piece of junk and needs to be looked at by the vendor. The Apple open, but it won’t use fingerprint like all other apps from my Bluetooth magic keyboard since the camera is not available from the phone. And since this is the case it's asking for a pin, however I'm not able to click on the pin field nor am I able to type in the pin so the application is pretty much useless. I've already submitted a feedback to Apple on this, and I believe I've opened a support case as well.
macOS support
Why can’t this app work on macOS?
Deletes identities without warning
This causes a major headache for employees who rely upon accessing their ID to log in to their business’s system, forcing them to contact IT and disrupting their work
Make it so you can use Apple Watch!
App works good but make it so you can tap confirm on Apple Watch!
iOS 17 & the timer circle
The last update fixed the timer circle.
Requiring a pin
The app started asking me for a pin when I never set one up and now I’m locked out. They said the issue has been fixed in previous reviews but it hasn’t been. Now I can’t sign in and start my workday.
Can’t use with Wi-Fi
For over two months now the app will not work if I’m on Wi-Fi. I have to turn the Wi-Fi off, attempt to access my webpage, accept the ping, and then I can turn my Wi-Fi back on. If I do not turn the Wi-Fi off, I still get the text message of the request, but the ping never pulls up in the app.
This is on the home Wi-Fi and the work office.
Good but no Apple Watch app
Good but no Apple Watch app
Face id
Cannot find any option for Face ID on my new iPhone 14 pro max, the biometric is grayed out.
Update -I read through developer response which solved my issue.
Forcing PIN
The latest update is forcing my clients to enter a PIN when they never configured one.
