## Entrust Identity Description
Die mobile Entrust Identity-Anwendung ist die neue mobile Plattform von Entrust für die Bereitstellung von starken Identitätsnachweisen für Mitarbeiter und Verbraucher. Bei dieser Version der Anwendung profitieren die Benutzer weiterhin von den Authentifizierungs- und Transaktionsüberprüfungsfunktionen, die Hardware-Tokens ersetzen, während gleichzeitig erweiterte Passwort-Rücksetzungsfunktionen für Anwendungsfälle von Mitarbeitern hinzugefügt werden.

Hi, 
The system is otp ( one time purchase). Worked for some time, then out of nowhere stopped. Tried everything (resetting, reloading and asking support). Nothing helped.
Support answers after a long time (around after a month) telling to do things which are impossible (Windows Eventlog from an iPhone app?). Then silence for a month. Then again the things already done.

Overall, bad app, bad service and I am pushing our it to use an other service. 

As the people of entrust already have the money, this review isn’t going to hurt them.
