The Entrust Identity mobile application is the new Entrust mobile platform for delivering strong identity credentials to both employee and consumer users. Why can’t this app work on macOS?

Deletes identities without warning

This causes a major headache for employees who rely upon accessing their ID to log in to their business’s system, forcing them to contact IT and disrupting their work

Make it so you can use Apple Watch!

iOS 17 & the timer circle

The last update fixed the timer circle.

Requiring a pin

The app started asking me for a pin when I never set one up and now I’m locked out. They said the issue has been fixed in previous reviews but it hasn’t been. Now I can’t sign in and start my workday.

Can’t use with Wi-Fi

For over two months now the app will not work if I’m on Wi-Fi. I have to turn the Wi-Fi off, attempt to access my webpage, accept the ping, and then I can turn my Wi-Fi back on. If I do not turn the Wi-Fi off, I still get the text message of the request, but the ping never pulls up in the app. This is on the home Wi-Fi and the work office.

Pings won’t work while connected to Wi-Fi

I not longer get the ping if connected to wi-fi. I get that text that I have a ping but that app won’t show it. I have to turn Wi-Fi off, open the open again and refresh the ping page to see it.

Good but no Apple Watch app

Face id

Cannot find any option for Face ID on my new iPhone 14 pro max, the biometric is grayed out. Update -I read through developer response which solved my issue.

Forcing PIN

The latest update is forcing my clients to enter a PIN when they never configured one.
