## Entur Description
Norway's public transport in one app!

Entur gives you travel suggestions from door to door by bus, train, metro, boat and airplane, either if you want to check when the next bus is leaving from your destination, or if you are planning a vacation from Larvik to Lofoten.

The app makes it easy for you to travel with public transport wherever you are in Norway.

Features:
Search is based on your location, so you can easily find the correct stop close to you. The app adapts to your user behavior and shows content that is particularly relevant to you.

The app gives you an overview of:
• Departure and arrival time, also for each line
• Total travel time
• Detailed information on means of transport
• Line number and operator info for each line
• Name and time of arrival at all stops on the journey

Filters give you the flexibility to prefer or sort out transport types, according to your needs.

With the service for departures from stops, you always have an overview of your nearby travel options. Track delays in traffic with real-time updates (where this info is available).

The app is in constant development and is not a finished product. We are now selling a few tickets to public transport, but our goal is that you can plan a trip with several travel providers - and only press "buy ticket" once to get all you need.

Bra med én app til billetter i Norge. Håper ApplePay som betalingsalternativ kan komme snart.

Utmerket idé. Og virker som at appen har bra data med mange ruter. Men brukergrensesnittet for betaligsdelen er mildt sagt elendig. Et popup vindu med betal som flyr rundt på skjermen der det er vanskelig å se hvilken reise man har valgt. 
Klarer dere å tydelig vise valgt reise. Så kan man gå til betal på samme side og st det kommer en oppsummering før man går videre burde vært et minimum.
Denne appen viste også feil posisjon for flybussen-stasjon som endret seg etterhvert som  man beveget seg. Lørenvangen i Oslo.

God søkefunksjon, men super irriterende at QR kode for billetten ikke dukker opp før reisen starter. Da må man stå utenfor bussen og fryse helt til avgangstid og håpe de ikke kjører av gårde akkurat på tiden.

Appen i seg selv er veldig fin og enkel å bruke, men det er ikke alltid jeg får opp de samme reiserutene som andre gjør. Og nå etter at mørkmodus kom så vil ikke billetten scannes lenger, nå må jeg inn i innstillinger og skru av mørkt, scanne billetten og skru det på igjen. Håper det kommer en løsning på dette snart!

Funker greit når den funker, men ofte gjør den ikke det. Det er helt bingo om du får se bussen din live eller ikke. En gang sa appen at bussen min var en og en halv time forsikret (!), noe den ikke var. Fikk ikke betalt i appen her om dagen, fikk bare feilmelding. Vi var flere med samme problem. Måtte betale nesten dobbel pris på bussen, og ba så klart om kompensasjon, da det var appen som ikke fungere. Kundeservice trekker på skuldrene og skylder på dårlig nett osv. Utrolig dårlig kundeservice.

I bought 30 day buss ticket in innland. When I tried to scan the QR code on the buss. It was not even worked at all. I triple checked on my ticket that did I bought correctly and it is. The problem is the app, sometime the QR code is worked but most of the time it doesn’t work at all. Before forced people to buy ticket from this app,  at least optimised the app before release it

Hvorfor har dere plutselig gjort om billettsystemet på tog Trondheim-Oslo så det virker som det ikke er tilgjengelig billett på strekningen som må kjøres buss for tog? Veldig forvirrende. Og upraktisk å kjøpe to billetter for det som egentlig er en sammenhengende reise, dyrere har det også blitt.
