Απαίσια εξυπηρέτηση. Παρήγγειλα πριν δυο βδομάδες ένα ζευγάρι παπούτσια τα πλήρωσα με καρτα εκεινη την στιγμή μου έφτασαν, πάω στην ταχυδρομική και το πακέτο ήταν ελαφρύ. Η υπάλληλος της ταχυδρομικής με ενημέρωσε και πήρε την έγκριση μου να το ανοίξει εκεί μπροστά μου. Το κουτί ήταν άδειο. Επικοινώνησα με την εταιρία, και άργησαν να μου απαντήσουν, και δεν είναι πρόθυμοι ούτε να μου στείλουν τα λεφτά πίσω ούτε να μου στείλουν κανονικά τα παπούτσια που πλήρωσα . Αντίθετα μου είπαν ότι μπορεί να κλάπηκαν στην διαδρομή ενώ το δέμα ηταν σφραγισμένο και δεν είναι πρόθυμοι να με εξυπηρέτησουν.

Γεια σας, παραγγέλνω παπούτσια από εσάς πολύ συχνά. Μου αρέσει να δουλεύω στον ιστότοπό σας με τις εταιρείες των επωνυμιών σας, αλλά είστε εξαιρετικός, αλλά έχω μια ερώτηση. Γιατί δεν φτιάχνετε κάποιου είδους προσωπικές κάρτες στις οποίες μπορείτε να αγοράσετε ένα μπόνους, που θα μπορούσε να είναι μια ηλεκτρονική κάρτα στην οποία απονέμονται κάποιοι πόντοι, επειδή παραγγέλνω κάποια προϊόντα από εσάς κάθε μήνα. Μου ταιριάζει. Αλλά αν υπήρχε κάποιο είδος ενθάρρυνσης ή κάποια μπόνους. Από την παρέα σας θα ήμουν ευγνώμων.

Είναι δύσχρηστη, δεν μπορείς να αλλάξεις τα στοιχεία σου και να σβήσεις παλιές διευθύνσεις με αποτέλεσμα να γίνονται λάθη και τα πράγματα να πηγαίνουν αλλού. Δεν έχει διαθέσιμα νούμερα και δεν έχει μεγάλες εκπτώσεις.Πολλές φορές σε μαγαζιά βρίσκω τα ίδια σε χαμηλότερες τιμές

Πολύ κακής ποιότητας προϊόντα. Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που λαμβάνω κακής ποιότητας προϊόν, η πρώτη ήταν παπούτσια επώνυμα που έχω ξαναγοράσει από φυσικό κατάστημα κ δεν παθαιναν τίποτα ενώ αυτά χάλασαν στην εβδομάδα και τώρα παρέλαβα τσάντα επώνυμη, από μέσα η επένδυση είναι από πλαστικό (!) ακουγεται ασχημα όταν κινείται η τσάντα κ τα μεταλλικά στοιχεία δεν είναι μεταλλικά αλλά χρυσοβαμμένα πλαστικά . Τωρα έβαλα μυαλό. Νομίζω ότι η εταιρία πουλάει αντίγραφα..
