I can download and read issues but that is it. I cannot log-in so I can't control my subscription. Working with publisher of magazine to get help, but it is slow going due to the 6 hours time difference between my home and the publications offices. Great magazine. Poor app.
The emagazine is good, however, they e changed their subscription and now I can't access the past editions I have already paid for! Buyer beware--any changes the company makes, the consumer is the one who pays the price.
As a Canon professional photographer I assumed this would be packed with great information. In reality it is just an advertisement for all of Canon's products in one magazine. Useful information is hard to find, especially for a professional. This is a disappointment. It should be free for what it is.
This is one magazine you won't regret buying. It is full of useful information. This is a high quality magazine that tells you everything you need to know in order to take professional photos.
Not sure why this app gets such bad press. Maybe it’s disgruntled Nikon owners! I’ve used it for a few years and it’s steadily improved. Great read, quick to download and I’ve got immediate access to all my back issues. What’s not to like!
Looks like this is no longer supported by EOS Magazine as keep getting response it is no longer available to purchase. All past purchased issues are also unavailable.
iTunes (this year and last year) did not recognise completed subscription renewals and persisted in offering opportunities to subscribe rather than allowing me to download the latest issues of the EOS magazine. The magazine publisher has kindly allowed me to download my paid-for issues directly, so all credit to them. I shall cancel my subscription via iTunes in 2019 and download future issues directly from the publisher instead. Assumption: Apple has not singled out EOS Magazine for poor service. Conclusion: Other magazines are similarly affected. Recommendation: Avoid magazine subscriptions via iTunes, deal directly with publishers.
This is a complete waste of time and space, could not access any digital copies. All it does is ask for subscriptions take my advice, keep away from this waste of space app.
I have just recently renewed my subscription and cannot access any of the editions on the app. Tried contacting customer services several times, but so far they have not fixed the problem.
