In 1940, his son Shri K Sukumaran revolutionised the newspaper into a vibrant vernacular Daily, thereby triggering the dynamics behind various movements that redefined the state’s social and political landscape. Kerala Kaumudi Daily is among the largest circulated newspapers in Malayalam with 9 editions in Trivandrum, Kollam, Alappuzha, Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, Kochi, Thrissur, Kozhikode and Kannur.
