Unable to get it working so I can actually pay. Btw I tried this when I had full service and location services enabled. -- Scorps5121, 2024-06-08 ### *---- "Doesn’t work after last update" Already allowed location sharing in Settings, but every time I try creating a new session, it gives an error about location sharing not available. Looks like I’m not the only one based on recent reviews. -- Ariane N., 2024-05-05 ### *---- "Gives incorrect warning when outside of hours" When trying to pay for a spot before 8 am (I forgot meters didn’t start till then) it was saying “could not retrieve location”. This error should change to say that it is outside of booking hours so that users better understand why it isn’t working, rather then sending them on a wild goose chase until they realize it’s the wrong time. -- mcglocks77, 2024-04-20 ### *---- "location not available error" Imagine calling yourself a programmer and then having your app fail at actually functioning properly, doesn’t work at all on an iphone 15 pro max. -- rootbeerdan, 2024-04-09 ### *---- "First time trying to use the app 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻" Can’t even access the app because it says “location is not currently available” despite location services being turned on. Super annoying. 1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND -- LuckyLil13, 2024-03-26 ### *---- "Frauds" I made a payment and they did not receive it. My payment went through from my bank and it didnt show up on the app. So obviously I got a ticket. Useless app and such money hungry frauds!! -- clown88**, 2023-12-21 ### *---- "Says no location available and won’t let me continue" I wish I could just enter the parking space number, but the app won’t let me continue. Despite precise location and allow while using app properly enabled in system settings, app says no location available and won’t let me start a session. Has not worked once in the past 2 years for me. -- jcr0, 2023-10-15 ### *---- "COMPLETELY USELESS" Awful technology. Just walk to the pay station. Save yourself the aggravation. -- AnnieB0313, 2023-02-22 ### *---- "Horrible - always have to reload the app" Invariably this thing freezes up, and you have to delete the app and reinstall it over and over again one would think that this would’ve been taken care of quite a while ago -- WaPo loyalist, 2023-02-09 ### *---- "App doesn’t work last 6+ mo’s" There are sections of Ann Arbor where this App doesn’t work at all, like the area one street behind The Chop House. It’s been at least 6 mo’s maybe 9-12 mo’s. I called customer service in early Jan’23 and a nice woman called me back to understand the issues I’ve been experiencing. She said her programmers would call me back and so far they haven’t. Not a big deal but I’m writing this review so maybe the programmers are reminded to call me so I can help them resolve their tech glitchies. Using a CC or putting coins into the street parking meter is so 2005 lol. -- HTH / Hope This Helps, 2023-02-04 [View all epark Ann Arbor reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## epark Ann Arbor Discovered Keywords -
