### *---- "Shoddy App - How this ever got past UAT is beyond me"
This app promises so much but fails in so many places.

First the apps biggest fundamental issue is you cannot use Biometrics to login. Left with a wheel of death. This means having to manually login. This issue has been there for months so not sure why it can’t be fixed.

The rest of the app is ok although very uninspiring but generally functional. The app doesn’t seem to have anywhere to contact the developer for support or provide feedback.

Due to the issues with the app I have also tried the website but here things don’t really get any better. Yes I can login, yes I can see my payslips but unfortunately, am unable to download a payslip, option to download doesn’t work. (Whoever did your UAT should be fired).

Both the app and website and very uninspiring and in addition to the main issues above lots of little things don’t quite work such as buttons covered with the keyboard meaning they are really hard to access.

Please fix this app, very happy to do your UAT.

May be a coincidence but since upgrading to iOS 18 and use 2FA I simply cannot get past login. If I reboot phone and try I get one opportunity to enter details manually - but I still need to type or paste the 6 digit verification code in - and this isn’t possible as the keyboard is over top. Sure I can try to drag screen up but have microseconds to try and hit return. Tried dozens of times - but nothing works. There may be an issue with screen size but whatever the app has a serious bug preventing login on iPhone 14 max with iOS 18 using 2FA. PLEASE HELP. I sure this affects other users.

Needs a new update, as I cannot access my payments on my mobile and states my email is not found in the database even though I’ve accessed my payments before without it. (When I can’t remember my password, my email states it is not found in the database).

Please fix these issues and update the app immediately.
